To log in to the portal, you will need to use your full username and password- your full username is your portal username prefixed with your domain.
For example, if you are a student named 'John Doe', your full username would be students\jdoe.
If you are a staff/faculty member, your full username would be spalding\jdoe. If you do not specify the domain as part of your username, you will not be able to log in.
